In essence, we encourage the "monkey brain" to chill out and let the language of the Soul emerge in our movement.Strongly influenced by (but not officially trained in) the work of Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms™) and Vin Marti (Soul Motion™), Jasmine facilitates this experience.

In[Voke] Motion
See calendar above for dates and times

In[Voke] Motion is facilitated improvisational movement inspired by intention. It is an opportunity to play with movement and to explore the whole body: the physical, the spiritual and all connections within. When we invoke motion as a divine presence, we do not merely move our physical bodies, but we engorge our cells and engage our spirit with an awareness energy that feeds, inspires and moves us into a deeper Self.

In[Voke] Motion is conscious of both space and body. It offers the opportunity to heighten the awareness of the range and shape of our own kinesthetic energy. It invites us to move more freely within the confines of our own skin and within the vessel of the community. It is a tool to explore and play with limits and possibilities. In[Voke] Motion develops a more fluent use of the language of the body.

Fee: $25 - $75 sliding scale for five-week session.
Register: Pre-registration required. A minimum number of participants required for workshop to be offered. Register online >>
